Announcements:

March 2019:
If you recently received a letter from the settlement administrator, it is because you submitted a claim form to receive a payment from the National Mortgage Settlement sometime between 2012 and 2018. However, the claim form you submitted at that time was deficient, meaning you either did not check a box or sign the claim form, therefore, you did not receive a payment when funds were initially distributed. There are, however, remaining funds available and if you previously submitted a deficient claim form you have a new opportunity to receive a payment. If you wish to receive a payment from the National Mortgage Settlement, you must complete the form recently mailed to you by checking at least one of the three boxes, and by signing the form. You must return the completed and signed form in the envelope provided so that it is mailed postmarked no later than April 3, 2019. If you do not respond, you will no longer have an opportunity to receive a payment from the National Mortgage Settlement.
